How do you get the spark plugs out?

We stopped at stop sign and it just quit, wouldnt start back until it sat a while but wouldnt go 10 ft. So we have spark plugs but cant get to all them how do we do that to see if that is the problem they have not been changed and look real bad.

there should be tools for this job in tool kit that comes with vehicle.
