Emergency hand brake

The emergency hand brake on my 1998 nissan pathfinder is stuck, i was able to pull it up and now I cant push it down and the brake light and the abs light are on, not sure what to do, thanks you

Sounds like the parking brake cables are rusty and stuck! Get some penetrating oil and spray the ends of the cable where they come out of the guide. the try to pry the levers back on the back brakes the cables attach to.
