bucking while driving

Nissan 1400 bakkie is bucking while driving.i fitted a new carb,checked the points and plugs and set the timing. the bakkie got a miss when idling.what can the problem be?

The problem is that the bakkie is not running smoothly. New fuel filter has also been fitted.

Hey Okkie,

With that many miles we should done a compression test first to make sure we don't have any low cylinders. It sounds like you may have a burnt intake valve.
