What should I do if no air is blowing out of my vents when I turn the switch

nisson maxima 1998 no air is blowing through the vents 1,2,3,4. I just replaced the blower motor resistor. When I turn the switch I get nothing blowing, then I turn switch and it works, then turn switch and nothing. Help pls.

Check for 12 volts at the connector, the ground and then at the blower motor connector. Either you will find the fault within that test or if you have 12 volts up to the motor, the motor needs to be replaced.
