Some say its my tranmission some same my brake mayby have locked up?

I put my car in reverse my passenger back tire will not spin.I checked transmission fluid and it is fine. What do u think. Thank u

If the driver's side wheel turns you know the transmission is working. Suspect a locking right rear brake. That can be caused by a parking brake cable stuck partially applied or a wheel cylinder that is dripping brake fluid onto the linings.
