4th Clyionder Misfire 1998 Altima

First off Hello, I have a 1998 nissan altima my 4th cylinder is misfiring. I replaced plugs,wires,dist.cap rotor is good injector is good it is getting spark, I am not a mechanic and dont know what to do any info will help me out thanks

Check to make sure that cylender has good compression. Also, make sure the injector is working properly. You will need a noid light which most parts stores will lend or rent to you. Unplug the injector and plug in the light. Crank the engine and the light should pulse everytime it gets power. It should be consistant.
