1998 Mitsubishi Galant Fuse keeps on blowing

The power windows and blower fan are on the same fuse and it keeps on blowing. What could the problem be or how do I go about troubleshooting it? Thanking you in advance for your attention in this matter.

There must be a short at some point. Is there something you do that causes it to blow? For example, does the fuse blow when you try putting the window down?
