1998 Mitsubishi Galant Facing Big Jerk Shocks Accelerate More 3 Time S Give

I am facing big jerk/shocks when I accelerate more then 3, some time it's give me shooting sound also near from Air filter. I had change 1st Air filter then 2nd Spark plug's, but still then same problem.
I changed fuel pump before 4 months also.

when it's start jerk/shock then sometime acceleration were not work on 1st attempt.

Please let me know the problem because here all the mechanic are not good in Mitsubishi car maintenance.

it sound like maybe the car is backfiring,possible timing issue.
