1998 eclipse how do i get my manual windows on the right track

my windows are really hard to roll up and they have gaps when i try to roll it all the way up.

the regulators are worn out. try lubing them up and see if it helps. if not, you will need to replace them.

ok thanks. and also i have a new power steering pump and i was driving without fluid for a little while cause i heard you had to bleed the air out. i put fluid in on feb 1st,turned my car on and turned the wheels from left to right, its easier to turn but it makes a whine sound. how can i bleed the air out properly?

turn the wheels full left and right a few times. that will bleed it out. if the noise persists, the pump vanes may be bad from lack of fluid.
