the housing that you pour the oil into with the dipstick on it has come loose, the bolt has sheared, its till held on by a plastic clip thats attacthed to a tube, but its just loose and not secure, is this serious? can i still drive it?

yes, you can drive it but dont let it go too long before getting it repaired.
