we just put brakes, master cylinder, and a vacuum booster on our vehicle and the brake pressure is gone when the vehicle is running and we have bled the brakes

Have you successfully bled the brakes? Are there any leaks in the system? Check the rubber hoses on the front to make sure they don't expand when you hit the brakes. If everything is good, no leaks... I think you got a bad MC
