Lack of power

New spark plugs and coils, MAF is perfectly clean, TPS reset and seems to be OK, but the supercharger just doesn't seem to work as it used to. seems to have lost some power since I drove it last summer.

Car stored during winter? was fuel drained or Stabil added?

No, no additives, not drained, It was a mild winter so I drove it a few times on sunny days only.
Only thing I did a few weeks ago was buy a new battery.Old one went dead and couldnt hold a charge.
