1998 Mercedes Benz E320 Major Oil Leak S Coming Somewhere Right Below Filter

I have a major oil leak it's coming somewhere from right below the oil filter and in between the oil cooler. I can't afford to change parts until i get the right one is it possible for you tell me what might need to be fix. It's shooting oil out the front and all over the engine compartment. Thanks

can you post a picture??? it may be the oil pressure switch
