Car starts and runs for 20 minutes, but dies and wont start, you wait 2 hours and will start fine again.

After driving the car for a few miles or over 20 minutes, it stalls mostly at stop lights, then it the engine cranks bot wont start, after a few hours, it starts and runs fine again for another 20 minutes, could it be a fuel pump problem?
