whats wrong with my turn signals and power windows and power mirrows ?

when the car is running the car turn signals and power windows and power mirrows will not work. But when you turn the key on the on position without the car running the three items will work whats wrong ?

Bad ignition switch. Bad wiring. Bad relays. Loose connections. Bad grounds. Ground loop. I've attached the schematics for the affected systems.
