My top will not close. It come up from the truck but them stops. Red light blinds that there is a problem. What could be causing my top not close completely?

Could be a number of things, best to get it to a dealer as they have the gear to do a complete diagnosis of this, the folding system is rather complex i would not attempt to do any work on it your self.
