Ok, you need to look for any hoses off, listen for hissing sounds.
How does it perform?

Low idling is usually caused by restriction of the idle air passages and cleaning the throttle body and Idle Air Control valve should help. The hesitation could be due to the low idling speed.

It should at least get the idle to run correctly. As to hesitation, it might or might not.
