I can prime it and it will start, but will not stay running. Does have fuel at carb.

Check fuel pressure with a gauge 55-71 psi auto parts rent it. Also make sure that the inertia switch isn't engaged it's under right side of dash below glove box. There should be a Schrader valve on fuel rail to hook up gauge. Also try resetting security system if no manual look online.

Ok then it should be at least3.5 lbs and flow about a pint or so in 30 seconds. It may be time for a rebuild due to alcohol in todays fuels. We only list a b2500 for 98 inour manual.
