What does B1175 code mean for a lincoln signature towncar

Went to get car reading at Advanced Auto, and they plugged the machine that reads problem codes up to the car and it came up as B1175 but it didnt have any other explanations for it so i was trying to figure out what it stands for and what the issue is.
