1998 Lincoln Town Car Cylinder 4 Being Fouled By Oil You Put New Plug Will

cylinder # 4 being fouled by oil if you put in new plug it will work for 100-200 miles then it misses . can due this over and over
now plugs firering area do not seem fouled but oil is on center and screw in area. changing coil has no affect.
