1998 Lincoln Navigator Replaced 5 Bulbs Instrument Cluster Put Back Together Now

I replaced 5 bulbs in the instrument cluster and put it all back together,now the gauges do not work but they did before. Is there something I need to reset or what can I check? All fuses are good.

re check the connection to the cluster.

did you remove a battery cable for this repair???
