1998 Lincoln Navigator I Replaced 5 Bulbs in the Instrument Cluster and Put It All Back

I replaced 5 bulbs in the instrument cluster and put it all back together,now the gauges do not work but they did before. Is there something I need to reset or what can I check? All fuses are good.
