how to fix stuck moon roof. switch clicks

I own a 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC as noted. Currently I have checked the power to the switch in the sun/moon roof and it is (+) b/c clicking noise is audible when switch is pressed.

Checked fuse, found no problem.

Fuse panel to switch check by using a continuity tester also no problem.

Have you checked to see if you had power and ground to the sunroof motor when moving the switch to open or close?
