Lincoln Continental Factory Radio malfunction just happened today 3/31/2013 - Radio Panel Message Display was "SPEED VOLUME 0"? I can bearly hear the sound and it is "locked" on 1 station: it cannot be changed?

You're tied to the dealer for this. Ford decided to stop allowing us to buy radio service manuals after the '97 model year. They had some of the nicest manuals among all the manufacturers. That selfish decision benefits them, not you.
