IMRC stuck closed

how can i repair it, do i need to replace the left intake manifold?

before you jump to conclusions, the most common issue is the plastic clips that hold the rod to the actuator breaks. it may be as simple as a 5 dollar clip. have it checked to confirm. The IMRC's are under the upper intake on each side. I couldnt find a good pic of the rods, but look on the ends of the items in the attachment below
