In my 1998 Lexus sc300 I have to push the brake as hard as I can and jiggle the steering wheel and shifter to get it to start, how do I fix that?

If you are doing the above just to get the engine to crank, most likely the Park Neutral Position switch is bad, out of adjustment or the shifter cable is bad orout of adjustment. The brake lights might ot be working as well.
