I washed my engine with low pressure water. Before applying the water I used engine degreaser and after the water I used engine detailer. Well after a while of letting the engine dry I turned the car on. Everything was fine until a few minutes of the car on my car started acting like if it wanted to turn off. Both my VCS lights turned on.I took it for a drive and the car stalled a little like it had no power. I kept driving it and it would go away but would do the same when driving slow. The lights stayed on. What can it be?

The engine is misfring on one or more cylinders at idle and this is causing the VSC indicator lights to be turned on, the stalling at idle and lack of power.

Water has gained entry to the ignition coils and spark plugs and this would result in misfiring. You need to remove the spark plugs to dry them out as presence of water is causing the misfiring.
