There's a leak. Inside and outside.

The check engine light is on. Every time I park there is a leak on the passenger side. It leaks a lot of fluid. There is also a continuous wet stop on the passenger side floor near the right side of the seat. When the fluid drys it has a brown tint and no smell? What's wrong with my car?

check for a leaking heater core and have the engine scanned for codes.
