A/c and heat I can feel it coming out little why I'm driving soon as I stop are slow can't feel it at all change the da blower that wasn't it,change air mass that wasn't it the light on the control to turn up and down blinks some time, at it would blow than stop than come back on white stuff comes then it just stop completely

If the HAVAC is set to out side air, one of the blend doors may not be closing fully and bleeding outside air when driving.
