If my engine over heats, starts tiktiktiking, looses power, and stalls, wont start but will still turns over, what does this typically mean? Since it is not seized up is their a chance the engine is savable?

Check for low compressions first, these engine have a bad habit of cooking rings and loosing compression if badly overheated, check comps first before we make any further decisions on this problem.
