My brake lights don't work when engine is switched on but work when engine is not on also back door will not open also had problems with windows and wipers not working properly . Thanks

check your grounds first, engine to battery and battery to body if this is a range rover get it scanned as the diagram I looked at was a discovery. it may be fuse box or power problem to switch as well.
