1998 Kia Sephia Automatic Transmission Good Reverse 1st Gear 2nd Wont Drive

i have a automatic transmission and it goes good in reverse 1st gear and 2nd gear but it wont go in drive except when ur going down hill so i have to drive it 35mph in 2nd gear because it wont go in drive all it will do is rev up if ur not going down a hill please help..

Sounds like an internal transmission problem, i would go get a scan done for ant transmission electrical codes and get a trans specialist to take a look first hand.
