Squealing scratching noise when driving, not brakes, not drive shaft, not rotors, ? Water pump/ bearing in water pump?

WHEN EXACTLY IS THIS HAPPENING?

LOW SPEED--HIGH SPEED?

WHILE IT HAPPENS DOES PUSHING THE CLUTCH INLETTING OFF OF THE GASSLOW BRAKE APPLICATION----TURNING. AFFECT THE SOUND?

CAN'T NARROW DOWN THE AREA. FRONT. REAR. LEFT. RIGHT?

SORTA LIKE SOME OF THIS HAS BEEN ELIMINATED?

YOU STATED: "not brakes, not drive shaft, not rotors, ? Water pump/ bearing in water pump?"

HOW WERE THESE ELIMINATED? WHICH WERE NOT ELIMINATED?

DO YOU HAVE A PAL THAT CAN RIDE WITH YOU----ROAM AROUND INSIDE YOUR JEEP TO AID IN FINDING THE LOCATION?
