I don't know what is wrong with my car?

The symptoms I've been having with it an I recently just bought it. The car was really low on fluids. The car has a shaking or rumbling feeling while I have my foot on the break. The spark plugs an very rusty, and the oil filter and distributor cap looks like it needs to be changed. From the exhaust pipe or muffler there is a loose sound when I drive and it has white smoke that comes out the back of it. I can drive the car for like 5 minutes than when I completely stop it dies and cannot start automatically back up I have the turn the key a couple times and step on the gas and when I pull over then the engine starts to smoke and a whistling sound comes from the engine. I am clueless some people said online It can be the idler that is loose and just needs to be tightened.
