Started last night shifter wont go out of park

Interior lights wont come on and the automatic steering wheel adjustment wont stop. got it out of park by unscrewing the little knob but put back in park and wont shift out again.

Have the shiftlock control solenoid checked-

Check for blown fuses as well.
