The Starter relay fuse is a concern of mine is it possible that this is the reason my car fails to start and its not taking a jump start? Car fails to start when shut down. May charge up if left alone. Takes a long time to charge when given a jump. runs for a few days then again will not start. This time refusing a charge and is not responding to other trucks other truck does not kick down as if its not receiving any response from my trooper. Now my trooper will click click click.

Double check the battery condition and connections if okay, check and test the starter motor, test the starter relay, transmission range switch and ignition switch
