i have a clanking noises comeing from trany sounds like lose muffler but it not the muffler what could this be

Have no power on take off its very slow and the car vibrates on take off as well as when it gets to 50say
is this a sensor or trans going out

i would make sure the motor is ok before going to the trans. have a compression test done to start. after that, then you can have the trans checked for possible failure.
