What wrong with my car please, can you tell me what happen?

my car engine is perfect when you turn it on its really good and when you put it on reverse is working also no problem but when you put it on D to drive it doesnt move until you use the winter button and its run smooth but when you stop on a light then you have to press the winter button in order to run again.
