The car heater and relay gets very hot each time it runs with the Air Condition on. if the heater relay is removed it doesnt get hot.

If you remove the heater relay, the fan motor would not work right?

yes!
I also notice that with the relay in there and the engine off,
the P light indicator stays on, the wipper will work if engaged and
the a/c fan also works if activated.

Check the ignition switch. Test for battery voltage at the Black/Yellow with ignition switch turned off. If voltage is present, unplug the connector and if probem goes away, replace the ignition switch.

I just noticed that the power window, the wipper and even the Air condition fan inside the car all works and the engine is off. I have tried to check the fuses couldn't find anything.
