1998 Isuzu Hombre Trying Front Turn Signal Crossed Wires Now Buzzing Noise Dash

I was trying to add a front turn signal and crossed some wires, now I have a buzzing noise from the dash bord, the tail lights dont work(still have brake and turn signals) the day time running lights act bizzare I have checked for shiners and gound outs and changed out relays and fuses . what could it be??

Have you checked the taillight fuses underhood?
Are the turnsignal wirings correct?
