MY INSTRUMENT GUAGES DO NOT WORK. OIL, TEMP FUEL AND SPEEDOMETER ARE EITHER OFF ENTIRELY, OR WHEN ON ERRATIC AND INACCURATE. FUSES APPEAR TO BE OKAY. WHAT IS LIKELY CAUSE? DEALER WANTS EXORBITANT AMOUNT TO JUST CKECK IT OUT.

see i fyou can find a pro that can scan for codes or anything like that it may be a bad gauge cluster and needs to be rebuilt you can get it done from places online not at a dealer.
