car was running now it won't start

I have a 1998 infinity i30. i have put in a new starter,battery and alternator. the car was running but now it won't start at all. All of the lights are working but it will not turn over,what can possibly be the problem now?

i turn the key but the car will not start

Reset the security system? You may need to reprogram the key after replacing the battery.
