1998 Hyundai Tiburon Only One Side Front Dim Lights Rear Back Light Working

Only the one side front dim lights and rear back light is not working only when i press the bracks or put the head lights on high beam then it comes on. Did check the globes and even replaced them but no luck. Can you please tell me what to do?
