Car dies and won't restart

Car dies and won't restart without a jump. I had the battery and alternator checked today and both are good. Thought it was stereo amp that my son hooked up, so I unhooked it, but it still does it. Only does it at night when lights are on. I've been told it's possibly ECM, and that the voltage regulator is in the ECM. Please help.

Have it checked for a draw on the battery. Something is staying on.

Either its the voltage regulator in the ECM or you have a short circuit eating up the battery overnite
