my car is blowing out white smoke we think it is a inlet vauvle gone how do u take the head off
to check the vauvles are sitting right

Taking the head off involves a ot of work and before you start that, check the engine compression. White smoke is not a fault with valves. Where did you get this information? Check the link for more information.
