1998 Honda Prelude Away bar?

I have been told its a sway bar but when I look them up to buy one it doesn't look the same idk if its cuz the one there looks stock but can u tell me if it is for sure before I order parts I am sending a picture and in the picture it's whatever that is that's disconnected

The picture didn't come through. However, often times companies will provide a general picture for you to see, but the actual part look different. Where are you seeing the pictures?

I'm seeing the pictures on eBay looking at parts the pictures I tried sending are of my car. It's right behind the front passenger tire and its a little boot that is not connected to each other any more
