Does K & W head gasket and block sealer with nanotechnology actually work?

I think i have a head gasket leak but not a bad one. Theres no water in the oil or white smoke out the exhaust but it does have a little water dripping out the tail pipe. Does the K&W stuff actually work? I have heard nothing but positive feedback about it and if it does how long will it hold up?
