starts in morning, or when sitting for a good while.. but if im driving for and i stop at store or any where for less than an hour or so... very hard to start back up..

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first autoparts rent it.

There are no check engine lights comming on, so i don't think i can check for a code problem... or can i

you can check for a code anytime also check resistanc e of crank sensor between 1&2 and 3&4 shold be 1850-2450 ohms if out of range replace it also check continuity between 1 and engine ground 2 and gr 3 and gr and 4 and gr if continuity replac eit
