Radiator fluid smell

If I have my vents on in my car, I get a smell of radiator fluid coming through the vents after a while. If my air/heater isnt on, I don't smell it. I also smell it when I get out of my car coming through the hood.

Sounds like the heater core is leaking

Check the radiator top for cracks, it could be cracked and leaking coolant.
