No easiest way, just the proper way.
REAR HUB & BEARING ASSEMBLY
Removal
1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove rear wheel. Remove brake drum. Unstake and remove locknut. Remove brake shoes and parking brake cable. Disconnect brake line from wheel cylinder. Remove 3 flange bolts. Using puller, remove backing plate/hub bearing unit from trailing arm.
2. Press hub out of backing plate, using care not to distort backing plate. Using a press and bearing separator, remove inner race from hub. Remove 4 flange bolts. Remove hub bearing unit from backing plate.
Installation
1. Install NEW "O" ring on hub bearing unit. Install hub bearing unit on backing plate. Using press, install hub bearing unit onto rear hub. Install backing plate/hub bearing unit to trailing arm.
2. Connect brake line. Install parking brake cable and brake shoes. Apply small amount of motor oil to seating surface of spindle nut. Install locknut, tighten to specification. Stake locknut to spindle. Fill brake reservoir and bleed brake system. Check rear wheel alignment, adjust if necessary.
